Before I start, I'm going to mention that its hard for me to call others hypocrites because it always comes to bite me in the end. Still, I love to hate the FSF, and its bearded leader, for various reasons.

The CC Noderivs license does not say "look, not touch"; it says "look, touch, but don't misquote/rearrange/rehash"
I don't have any problems with Microsoft's SSI. I think they're doing more than is expected of a company selling proprietary products behind which they have spent many man-hours and the source-code of which is clearly a trade-secret
